As a school community we have decided on three main school priorities for our school to work towards achieving for the next three years.
In April 2025, the staff, SLT, MLT and the school governors, discussed and finalised
the following three main priorities for the school moving forward:
- SIP Priority One: Religion & Pastoral care
- SIP Priority Two: Creativity & Opportunities
- SIP Priority Three: Expectations & Standards
These priorities are shared with all school staff at INSETs and staff training throughout the year and feed into Subject Lead and MLT Action Plans which have SMART, RAG rated targets. Appraisals for teaching and support staff are also linked to the School’s three main priorities.
The first page of our SIP is a summary of our vision for our school, broken into targets. These targets are granulated into yearly intentions, under the umbrella of our three school priorities. Our SIP is organised into Ofsted’s current four key judgement areas: Quality of Education, Behaviour & Attitudes, Personal Development and Leadership and Management.
